ASSET-TAG FAULT NOTES
Q1 // How fast will our request be answered?
We answer every intake message within one business day of the Mountain Time working window. A design architect reads the note and replies with the correct next step and an honest estimate. Complex request triage stays within forty-eight hours, and anything that needs a scoping call is scheduled so both sides come prepared.
Q2 // What information should we include in the message?
Include the name of the relevant service bay, the scale of the current environment and the outcome you need. A map of the systems involved and a rough user count help us quote accurately. We can also begin with a survey call if the requirement is still forming.
Q3 // How does the mailto fallback work?
If your browser cannot submit the port form, the request opens your own mail client pre-addressed to serve@cloudsealed.hair with your subject and message already typed. Send that note and we treat it exactly like a panel submission.
NOTE // BEST REACH
For a question about an active project, mention the project tag in the subject line and email serve@cloudsealed.hair directly. For sales of a new design you can also call the phone number shown on this panel during the listed hours. Calls received outside the Mountain working window are returned the next open day.

TIMING EXPECTATIONS
If your question is urgent and falls outside the listed hours, still send the note rather than waiting. We triage email on the next open morning and the subject line you choose helps us route it to the engineer who owns that bay. Enterprise and architecture questions may need a short scoping call before we can quote; pipeline and monitoring questions can often move forward on a written description alone.
